Software Engineers Internship Salaries are Rising

A recent review of the 100 latest MSCS internship hires indicates that typical Curricular Practical Training (CPT) starting salaries for our students have risen to $60,000 - $70,000 per year, according to Peter Vonderheide, Director of our Computer Professionals Career Center. The strong IT job market combined with the effectiveness of our academic program, and quality of our students are providing these positive results.

Nigerian Software Engineer Chooses MUM for his MSCS Degree


Nigerian Software Engineer Adebayo Ajibade describes his experiences in selecting a university to attend for earning an MS in Computer Science. The unique, practical program at Maharishi University of Management in Iowa was his choice. Venezuelan Student Travels the World Promoting 'Free Knowledge'


Our February newsletter features Venezuelan MSCS student Damian Finol. Read about his fascinating work traveling worldwide publicizing Wikimedia's "free knowledge" concept, his IT job experiences with top banks, & university teaching experience. Damian is one of only 8-10 individuals selected by the Wikimedia Foundation to help establish international Wikimedia chapters around the world. Next month he will travel to Germany (during spring break at MUM) to promote free knowledge in Europe.
